Skills for employment

Businesses frequently say young people don't have the skills or aptitudes they are looking for.

One way to address this is to work with a local school to help them understand what is required which could then provide a recruitment pipeline for your business. Warwickshire County Council is investing more than £2 million pounds in the next 3 years to enable business and education to work together.
